Community Eggotchi competition report
A player reported an empty box; reinstalling did not solve their case. A general recovery has not been verified.
Keep the save and report the competition round, device, build and a screenshot. Do not assume reinstalling or buying another part fixes the box.

Resolved launch device bug plus a later gamepad firmware fix
v1.0.009r fixed Guitar Legend and MyPod firmware jobs; v1.0.013r made the firmware mechanic work on gamepad.
Update ReStory before reopening an affected order, then compare mouse and controller input if the current build still fails.

First Pokia phone and other cleaning interactions
Multiple launch reports; public cause is not confirmed.
Check the cleaning hotspot and every rotated face first. No universal bug fix yet.

The playtest thread documents the normal box system and a restart recovery, but we have not confirmed the same failure in the release build.
If it happens, check the right shelf and right side of the table before restarting. Treat this as a pre-release workaround.

Current gamepad fixes plus an older Deck-specific rotation report
Patch 1.0.013r improves gamepad prompts, dialogue, and firmware; a clean release-build Steam Deck rotation test is still missing.
Test the current native layout first. If rotation is absent, use Mouse + Keyboard or Mouse Only with right click on the left trigger.
